What is a Pre-Session Payment Plan?

We offer a complimentary phone call to select a Collection and create a payment plan from that monetary amount. Just let us know you'd like to chat! You can choose to have your payment plan be automatically drafted bi-weekly or monthly for a set amount so that when your session date arrives, your order is paid in full! Payment plans are offered on amounts of $975 or higher only. Pre-Session Payment Plans are not refundable if you cancel your session or if you choose to spend less than the amount you financed. We will send you a separate Payment Plan contract which will outline all of the terms in more depth.

What are the payment options regarding the purchasing of my images?

Every client is offered a Pre-Session Payment Plan that can start as early as the day they book their session and can extend until the month prior to their session. All clients are required to either set up a Pre-Session Payment Plan or prepay in full for our minimum purchase ($975) within 30 days of booking the session and paying the Session Fee.

Why would I want to do a Pre-Session Payment Plan?

Well, for starters, it makes the day of your session less about the money and more about the experience. We strive to give all of our clients an amazing day of pampering, and everyone walks away with a Collection of amazing images from their session! At the end of a very long and exhausting shoot day, the last thing you want to do is try to make a decision on a large financial purchase. Pre-paying for your album/collection allows us to skip the headache of making a big decision and figuring out payment, so you can focus on loving and enjoying every minute of your day without the stress of having to swipe your card at the end. Not to mention, the Bonuses we give our clients for doing a Pre-Session Payment Plan are worth it just for the perks!! Free sets, access to our specialty items, additional wardrobe changes, free product, you name it- we always have an offer running! All just for paying for what you were going to get at your ordering appointment anyways.

Can I get a payment plan after the Image Reveal & Ordering Appointment?

The only time we offer a post session payment plan is if you choose to upgrade your Collection to a bigger one than what you chose to finance in your PSPP when you booked your session! You can pay the difference between Collection prices on a post session plan. This is the ONLY post session plan we offer.

What types of payment do you accept?

We accept cash, credit/debit, PayPal, PayPal Credit. We do NOT accept checks. For Payment Plans, it must be credit/debit or PayPal Credit. Payment plans are automatically run through Square- monthly or bi-weekly- for you!

There is no option to have an online gallery or a second Ordering Appointment.

Can I make additional purchases at a later date?

As discussed in our contract, we archive your images after your ordering appointment. Therefore, you will not be able to return and order additional images. However, if you purchase a Collection with the high-resolution digitals, you can send them to us for printing or you may print them through a third-party.

What happens to the images I do not purchase?

We delete them after your Image Reveal & Ordering Appointment.

All sales are final. 


Once your Image Reveal & Ordering Appointment are complete, we will have you fill out a Final Sale agreement, which states that we cannot allow for changes to your order. This is studio policy for all clients and no exceptions will be made. You may not change, alter, add, reduce, or request any other types of changes after the Ordering Appointment.
