PRE-SESSION PREP GUIDE!

FIRST THINGS FIRST- LET'S GET ONE THING STRAIGHT:
ALL BODIES ARE GOOD BODIES
As a body inclusive photographer,
it is my job to photograph you as you are.
there will never be a perfect weight OR perfect time.
Your body is worthy of documentation right now
As someone who has photographed women between the sizes of XXS-5X, at all different ages- I can tell you:
confidence doesn't come from size or age -
it's from the fact that YOU decide to take action, empower YOURSELF, and
YOU DESERVE TO FEEL AMAZING.
NOT just for a special reason, person or event- you deserve it for yourself

FIRST UP
Session payments are broken up to help you!
All of our sessions fees are split in two. $200 is used to block off your date and is your non refundable retainer. That will be due in order to book your date & officially get on our calendar. Then, the week prior to your session- the remainder of your session fee is due. Session fees vary between $500-550 depending on which session you're interested in!
A Regular SESSION FEE INCLUDES:
FULL BLOWN PLANNING.
You'll get a message or call from me or my assistant (Kristi) soon after you inquire and we'll go over alllllll the details for your session. Together, we'll plan out EVERYTHING, including what you're going to wear- down to the colors and best stores to shop at! We'll also send you a SUPER helpful guide where you can meet the team, learn some do's & don'ts & how to shop for outfits!
HAIR &
MAKEUP.
Come to your session with a bare face & don't even worry about doing your hair! It'll all be done for you! The first hour & 1/2 of your session is spent getting fully GLAMMED. There is a space completely dedicated to makeup & basic hair styling (straightening or curling) in the studio so you literally don't have to worry about a THING! We got you covered! Just come with a clean face and fresh, dry hair!
THREE OUTFIT CHANGES.
Torn on what to wear? Want to start off innocent and end SMOLDERING? Have no fear- we can do exactly that. Bring your own outfits or wear from our CLIENT CLOSET! The Client Closet has over 250 outfits ranging from XXS-4XL! A regular session comes with 3 outfit changes & we're happy to assist you in picking from our closet or shopping online! Our entire Client Closet can be found on our "CLOSET 1 & 2" highlights on instagram!
THE HOTTEST POSES.
When you come in to your session you'll never have to worry "BUT WHAT DO I DO WITH MY HANDS?!" because I'll pose every part of you from your hair to your toes so you absolutely kill it. You're probably not a professional model but I AM a professional photographer - trust me, I gotchu!

NEXT UP: PICK your COLLECTION!
Once your retainer is received, you’ll get an email containing links to our Investment Guide where you’ll pick the Collection you wish to purchase for your session!
We have Collections with different sized albums, books, wall art, digitals, etc. You’ll pick what works for you and we’ll set up a monthly payment plan that will extend from your booking date- up until your session!
(Kinda like how Afterpay lets you split up payments, only we’re doing it so it’s paid off BEFORE your session date!)
On average a client spends between $2850-$3250 but Collections start at $1450.
We believe that everyone should be able to have this experience no matter their income! All Collections come with pre session payment plans and we also accept credit.
LAST STEP: THE BIG REVEAL
After we finish your session we’ll go right into your reveal & you’ll get to see your photos right away!
We’ll narrow down your images to fit into the Collection you chose on your payment plan & we’ll design any products you picked!
(You’ll also have the option to upgrade your Collection or select extra add ons here, too!)
Since you paid for your Collection on your pre-session payment plan- you won’t have to worry about money and can relax and enjoy seeing your bad-ass self on the big screen! We’ll have a super fun time designing all your products and they’ll get ordered as soon as the editing is done! Products usually take a month at most to arrive, but to be safe we usually say around 45 days

How do payment plans work?

Where are you based and do you travel?
The Boudie Studio is located in Hamilton, NJ. This doesn't mean your session HAS to take place there!
I've had sessions in rented AirBnb's as well as in home! I'd LOVE to do sessions outside in private areas such as streams/waterfalls or if you have an awesome wooded private property! All location fees/permits are covered by the client and travel fees apply when I am traveling an hour outside of Hamilton NJ.
Don't be afraid to ask about all your crazy ideas! I want to hear them all!
HOW LONG DO SESSIONS RUN?
Sessions always begin at 11:30am and usually end around 4. This includes the time for hair and makeup, outfit try ons & shooting.
When will I get my photos?
As soon as your session & packages are all paid off you'll get your digitals (if you purchased a package with them included or added on)
If you ordered a physical product, it will be ordered as soon as your full payment is received!
If you paid in full at your reveal session, your digitals will be delivered to you within two weeks. If you added on ALL of the digitals, the extra digitals will be delivered within one month.
How do I receive my products?
I always have products shipped to my directly. This allows me to check the quality of all my pieces before you see them. That way if there are any errors or defects, I can deal with them and the stress is not on you!
Once I see that everything is perfect, we'll either set up a time for you to pick up your package at the studio OR if you're from more than 45 minutes from the studio- I'll get your address and have it shipped to you.
